FuelSphere is a comprehensive Airline Fuel Lifecycle Management Solution designed and built on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) with deep integration into SAP S/4HANA.
It delivers an end-to-end digital backbone for managing aviation fuel — from strategic planning and procurement through delivery operations and financial settlement. The solution eliminates manual processes, provides flight-level cost visibility, and ensures SOX-ready compliance across your global fuel operations.
Automated accruals and postings eliminate manual journal entries, reducing errors and accelerating month-end close.
Achieve 50% reduction in Accounts Payable cycle time through automated three-way matching and digital workflows.
Flight-level traceability for every liter uplifted — know exactly what you paid, when, where, and for which flight.
SOX and IFRS-aligned audit trails with immutable logging, maker-checker controls, and real-time compliance dashboards.
Designed for multi-airport, multi-supplier operations with support for global airline rollouts.

Built by consultants with deep experience transforming fuel operations for leading airlines.
SOX, IFRS, and jurisdictional tax compliance built into every workflow — not bolted on as an afterthought.
Pre-built integrations and configurable workflows mean faster deployment and lower implementation risk.
