Farhan Mubashir has gained rich experience in development architecture and product development across multiple industries and technology platforms since 2003. Farhan’s experience in both mature and developing global markets have given him a profound understanding of product development methodology, including product planning, release strategy, product standards compliance, Q-Gates, test strategy, customer ramp-up, dual landscape synchronization, and release & corrections.

As well as being the global solution owner and lead architect for an Asset Life Cycle Management product with industry-specific variants for Utilities and Oil & Gas, he has delivered large-scale custom development products across different platforms for clients including Center.

Point Energy, Bosch, Allianz, Daimler, Singapore Ministry of Defence, Miraca Holdings, Amgen, Unilever, and Carl Zeiss. Farhan holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Delhi.

Atul Siddam is a qualified cost accountant who has been consulting since 2010. He has made an immense contribution to the growth of Diligent Global and has overall responsibility for quality. He has been involved in the functional roles of managing product costing, inventory control and production planning in a manufacturing organisation, and gained niche expertise in management accounting and CFO office solutions.

Atul has delivered over 30 projects across different platforms in both mature and developing markets around the world for clients. His clients include Mahindra & Mahindra, Olam International, GMR Group, RAK Ceramic, Wheels India, Brakes India, ABB, APGENCO, Mother Dairy, Supreme Foods, and ROBI Telecom.

Atul is a qualified Cost & Works Accountant (ICWAI) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Nagpur.

Kalpesh Chavda is a Director- Asia Pacific, he is also looking after CFO Function at Diligent. He is having 16 years of consulting experience with overall 18 years of work experience. Kalpesh has managed complex projects across the geography in the area of Simple Finance(S/4 HANA), Business Planning and consolidation, Oil & Gas, Controlling, Product Costing, Actual Costing and Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC Access control).

Prior to Co-founding Diligent, Kalpesh has worked with organisations like SAP Consulting, Mahindra Satyam and Navneet Publication.

Kalpesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India.

With over 24 years of experience, Amit has a proven track record in overcoming business challenges and scaling revenue. As a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Amit will spearhead our global growth strategy, focusing on boosting revenue, fortifying customer relationships, and driving market expansion across all regions.

Before joining us, Amit was the Vice President of Cloud Success Services at SAP Asia, where he significantly enhanced customer engagement and expanded SAP’s Cloud Services in Southeast Asia and India. Amit’s tenure at SAP began in 2006 as a Business Manager, eventually rising to lead Strategic Customers and later, India Services Sales. His leadership in Services Delivery earned him multiple awards, reflecting his commitment to excellence and inclusivity.

Amit’s earlier roles at Hewlett Packard further solidified his expertise in IT and services.

Amit Dhelia has been consulting since 2003, with experience of leading a Global Delivery Support team of 20+ operating in both mature and developing markets all over the world. He has delivered complex SAP projects in Business Suite, FI, Funds management (FI-FM), Controlling (CO), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Product Costing and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM).

Amit also has functional experience of managing Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), Group Valuation, Treasury, Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), Inventory Control and Profitability Planning.

Previous employers include IBM, Infosys, and Bristlecone Inc. Previous clients include TAKREER, RAK Ceramics, Emami, Petro Rabigh (Saudi ARAMCO), Tractors India Pvt Ltd, Torrent Power, TUI Plc, Birla Sugar, Air Liquide, FSS India, Aditya Birla, PVEP ( Vietnam), Space Matrix, My Home Construction, OLAM (Singapore, Ghana, Nigeria) Arshiya International, Bokaro Steel Plant, Indian Oil Corporation, and Hindalco.

Amit has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Kolkata and a Diploma in Management from SCMHRD, Pune. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Karthick comes with over 2 decades of experience in the IT industry spread across Microsoft & Non-Microsoft Technologies. Karthick brings with him international experience in working with customers across US, Europe, Middle-East & APAC.

Karthick is an ex-Microsoft and also an author of technology books. Karthick has technology exposure on Custom Development, Mobile Development, Analytics, AI/ML, RPA, Cloud and has led both Project Engagements for international customers and Managed Services teams.

At Diligent, Karthick anchors multiple engagements & initiatives in the Digital Practice and Emerging Technologies space. Karthick holds a Masters of Science degree in IT from Bharathidasan University, GNIIT from NIIT and multiple technology certifications.

Vaibhav Maheshwari is a seasoned professional with 18 years of experience in the technology domain. He currently serves as the leader of the Technical SAP team at Diligent. Prior to joining Diligent, Vaibhav honed his skills at SAP India Consulting, where he played a pivotal role as a Development Lead. His expertise spans across leading SAP Technical teams in significant Fortune 500 implementations, as well as product development across various industry sectors and technology platforms. With a rich background and deep understanding of SAP technologies, Vaibhav brings valuable insights and leadership to the projects he undertakes.

Aniket is an enterprising professional with 20+ Years of IT Service Management, IT Strategy and Delivery Experience. Aniket comes with rich and cross-cultural experience in leading Multiple Global Programs covering Application Managed Services, Infrastructure Managed Services, Analytics and Transformation Projects. This spans across many industries including Retail, Packaging, Automotive, Industrial Equipment and Apparel Manufacturing covering different and varied technologies like SAP, Microsoft, Cloud Architecture. Aniket has worked with multiple global clients across Europe, USA, and Middle East and in his tenure in Germany and UK, he has helped luxury automobile giants BMW & Rolls-Royce Motor Cars to realize their SAP transformation journey and outsourcing of application support & maintenance. He also possesses an exemplary record of building top-performing teams across geographies.

He is instrumental in setting up the Managed Services Practice in Diligent and providing leadership guidance to multiple accounts around the globe. He has also setup the Process Excellence Group (PEG) in Diligent and helped Diligent to be compliant with ISO & CMMI standards.

Aniket holds Economics Graduate Degree from Calcutta University and he is GNIIT and ITIL Certified.
