Logistics module such as Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Financial Accounting & Management accounting was part of the solution design.
Revenue Recognition were customized using RA Keys & WIP Calculations at sales order, project/WBS level.
Requirement was to Calculate and post Unbilled Revenue / Revenue Surplus for SI – Bundle Project In Company Code currency
SI –Bundled projects offer Hardware, Software, Service (like Installation and Commissioning), AMC, Extended Warranty etc. Revenue Recognition / revenue surplus is to be calculated for ever element based on individual POC.
Warranty Revenue & cost also were recognised in the period where warranty was valid.
Revenue & Cost Planning for Hardware, Software, Services, AMC & Extended Warranty were calculated from system for each of the period.
Unbilled revenue / revenue surplus was calculated at period end for a project based on billing and cost incurred till the period end.
User Exit was written for Result analysis key to calculate unbilled revenue, percentage of completion etc.
